HOW TO APPLY TO ZETECH UNIVERSITY

To gain admission for courses at Zetech University, you must have completed a recognized secondary or tertiary education level.

When to apply

The University has three intakes in a year, in the following months; January, May and September.

Step 1:Choose a Course

Zetech University offers a wide range of programs. When choosing your course, consider courses that align with your career path. Take time and choose a course that suits you best. Click here to view our programs

Step 2: Check the Admission Criteria

Depending on the course you would like to apply for, check that you meet our entry requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, there are still options available for you.

Step 3: Course Application

The application can be done Online, through our Website or by visiting any of our Campuses. Click here to proceed. If you experience any challenge during the application click the help button.

Step 4: Scan your Documents

Zetech University has automated its admission process. Applicants are advised to scan and save relevant admission documents in pdf or jpg. The following documents are Mandatory during the application

• A recent colored passport-size photo.
• A copy of KCSE result slip/ High School Results.
• Other Relevant Academic Certificates.
• A copy of your National ID or Birth Certificate for Minors.
• Pupil Pass and Passport [Applicable to Foreign Students].

Step 5: Make a Payment

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee for their application to be processed. Ensure you have the below amount before the amount in your Mpesa account. A command will be sent to your phone to complete the payment.

• Masters: Kshs. 2,050
• Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Artisan: Kshs. 1,050
• Short Courses: Ksh 550

 Admission

Once an applicant has successfully applied a notification shall be sent to your email on the progress of your admission letters. Your admission letter will be sent via the email you provided.

Disclaimer

If you have post-secondary educational qualifications, you may be entitled to receive exemptions. Applicants seeking exemptions should include academic transcripts and Certificates while applying.

Foreign students are required to have a pupil pass and results equated by Kenya National Qualification Authority [KNQA].

The university reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate any program, Fee, course, Admission requirement, Mode of delivery or any other arrangement without prior notice.
