Diploma in Travel & Tourism Consultant –level 2 (IATA)
Program Goal
This courses trains students on popular tourism destinations and helps them improve their sales skills to successfully advise clients on the best travel options. Here, students learn how to customize and construct complex travel itineraries, gain the skills to process ticket exchanges and reissues, and understand how industry regulations affect travel operations.
Candidates must complete 1 required course within three years.
A candidate must achieve a passing mark of 60% on the course exam.
A special distinction is awarded to candidates that obtain a distinction in all, or all but one, of all exams and assignments that make up this Diploma.
