Excited to offer quality education in 2021
It is a brand new year and the Zetech University is family is excited to reopen and have students report on campus. Learners are already set for the January 2021 semester, with many reporting to campuses to confirm their reporting status following successful admission. 2020 was a hectic year for many but Zetech University was resilient and among the first universities in Kenya to provide online learning to thousands of students to progress with their studies virtually.
As the world battles the Covid-19 pandemic, Zetech has put in place the necessary measures for face to face learning, complimenting this with online studies for those pursuing their degrees, diplomas and certificates online to ensure we maintain an educated society.
Set for the January 2021 semester
The University will hold an engaging orientation for new applicants who are joining Zetech for their first semester in January, both for face to face and online learning applicants, to educate them on their University of choice. According to the Vice Chancellor Professor Njenga Munene, the University is set to continue providing quality higher education while ensuring that COVID-19 prevention guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health are observed to make sure students, staff and visitors are safe.
“It is exciting to have students back on campus to enjoy the learning environment while studying and interacting with their peers, even as they wear masks at all times, observe social distancing and other health protocols.” He said. He added that the University’s student base is growing exponentially with plans to introduce a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to cater to students who want to progress with their higher education.
As 2021 takes shape and many come up with new year resolutions to improve their health, achieve success, make sound financial decisions, higher education remains to be a key pillar of growth for many.
