NOTICE OF ZETECH UNIVERSITY 2020 GRADUATION CEREMONY
The ceremony will be conducted virtually in line with MOH Covid-19 safety guidelines. This year’s virtual graduation will be a historic event that will honour the graduating Class of 2020. The event is well planned to ensure we do not lose the pomp and colour associated with face to face graduation.

An extra gown hire fee of Kshs. 500 will be optional for those interested. Those intending to hire a graduation gown should send a request to graduation@zetech.ac.ke after payment of the required fees.
Clearance Process
Step1: Fulfill all the graduation requirements (attachment, project and coursework)
Step 2: Confirm your name is on the posted Final 2020 Graduands list before you proceed to step 3;
Step 3: Download and fill part A of the graduation clearance form. Write your name as you would like it printed on the graduation Certificate;
Step 4: Pay the graduation fee;
Step 5: Fill in the Graduation register below and attach the signed clearance form, bank slip or Mpesa narration and a high resolution recent passport size photo on a plain white background in jpeg/img format .

Graduation Deadlines
Closure of graduation list -20th October, 2020.
Online Clearance and Confirmation of names -15th October, 2020.
Payment of graduation fee: 20th October, 2020.
