You trusted us amidst the pandemic, thank you for being Loyal customers
As the world continues to celebrate customers this month, Zetech University remains thankful to all its customers for trusting them amidst the turmoil and uncertainty caused by the global pandemic of Corona Virus that affected face to face interaction.
In honouring stronger customer service this year, the University believes that real customer service is defined by continued service provision amidst any challenge to ensure clients are satisfied. Adapting to challenges is a definition of commitment to our customers to prove that no challenge is too big to overcome.
Appreciating students and other stakeholders, the Vice Chancellor Professor Njenga Munene reflected on the importance of teamwork in providing outstanding service to all customers in embracing new work arrangements while remaining passionate about what they do. He added that to strive for excellence and swiftly adapting to changes while valuing teamwork has made the University stand out.
“At Zetech, we are passionate about making every day a customer service day. Thank you all our key players for their unrelenting support in raising the University’s awareness on the importance of customer satisfaction amidst turbulent times,” said Prof Munene.
Characterised by rewarding frontline staff, parents and students, this year’s customer service saw Carol Mwirigi, the longest serving female lecturer in the University awarded for her dedication to the Institution; while lecture Hellen Nyambura and Office Assistant were among staff appreciated for creatively taking up teleworking from their respective homes.
According to Dr. Alice Njuguna, the DVC Academics, Research, Extension and Student Affairs, technology plays a key role in delivering satisfactory services to students and faculty. “We restructured and adapted to technology to listen, understand, and improve our dedication to our students as well as promote uninterrupted learning through online blended learning modules. Our open and interactive communication policies are our strength as we set the bar in transforming lives in the society through education”, said
The University continues to commit to customer satisfaction for both face to face learners and those pursuing online degrees, diplomas and certificates while making education accessible everywhere and at any time.
