Zetech University Alumni Association hosted the End-of-Year Alumni Virtual Catch-Up 2025 on Thursday 4th December 2025, bringing together graduates from diverse fields for a reflective and forward-looking conversation on The Big Shift in Work & Careers. The session created a dynamic space for alumni to reconnect, learn, and explore how the world of work continues to transform at an extraordinary pace.

Central to the discussion were the evolving expectations of today’s employers and the changing nature of professional growth. The Guest Speaker, Mr. Chris Otundo, CEO and Founder of The Craft Catalyst that the modern workplace now values more than academic qualifications—creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability have become core differentiators. While AI and digital tools continue to reshape industries and job roles, the session highlighted that human skills such as empathy, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking remain irreplaceable. 

The conversation also underscored a growing desire among professionals to pursue work that is meaningful, challenging, and aligned with personal growth. In an era defined by rapid shifts, alumni were reminded that career success is increasingly shaped by purpose, resilience, and the courage to evolve.
